What You'll Need: 1/4 cup of liquid castile soap, 1/4 cup of organic chamomile tea, 3/4 teaspoon of oil such as grape seed, olive, sweet almond, hazelnut, or avocado oil, 8 drops of essential oils, and a few drops of Vitamin E oil.
How to Apply: Brew the chamomile tea, then set aside 1/4 cup of the tea to cool, while mixing the other ingredients together. Once the tea has cooled, add this into the other ingredients, and then put this into a spray bottle. Squirt this mixture onto your hands or on the face and gently massage the skin with the mixture. Then rinse the face with warm water and pat dry.
